About CREIA

The CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE INSPECTION ASSOCIATION (CREIA) was founded in 1976, and provides Education, Training, and Support Services to the Real Estate Inspection Industry and to the public. CREIA is a mutual benefit, non-profit corporation with state offices in Palm Springs and local chapters throughout the state.

CREIA's Mission is to:

·  Represent the Real Estate Inspection Industry;

·  Recognize and promote Real Estate Inspection as a unique, professional
   discipline;

·  Provide leadership through education and by maintaining  ethical and
   technical standards;

·  Enhance consumer protection and promote public awareness of the
   association.
